We have used Sandras Cruise Tours for Europe on the Pride in 2022, 7 tours. Sandras tours are well organized, many include much more than what you get elsewhere, yet at a fraction of the price. Based on talk on the ship, often we had much better experiences than those who toured with others.

She offered 50% refund if we agreed to not file a charge back on our credit card. We have everything in writing and screenshots of her terms and conditions and she is still fighting to keep everyone's money.

I booked a tour for the day we would be in Greenland. I had asked the owner, Sandra O'Leary, on her face book advertisement if the tour was refundable if the cruise ship did not port. She replied if the cruise ship does not port the tour is refundable.

It is over 60 days and she has not returned 100% to everyone. She is also sending the new terms and tour description to the credit cards instead of the terms and description that was in effect at the time of booking. The date of her terms and tour description she sent to the credit card was Oct, 4, 23. After the port was missed september 8, 23. Sandras cruise tours by Sandra Oleary is not a business I would ever do business with again.
We suffered thru some rain storms in England and Spain but didn't pause, which was fine with us. Sandra was amazingly patient when fellow travelers complained about the weather. The prices were very reasonable and provided us with all we asked for. We will use her adventures next time we travel. We missed a port and although the tour stated clearly refundable she did not refund us the money.

The La Coruna tour failed to visit the Roman lighthouse as promised and the guides didn’t even tell us about this. We booked a tour through Sandra's cruise tours to Greenland, We arriving on a cruise ship and the cruise was not offering tours for Greenland. On Sandra's website when booking it stated that the tour was fully refundable if we did not get to the port. Unfortunately because of weather we did not get to Greenland.
We were booked with her tour group for an excursion in Greenland. The ship did not dock there due to a hurricane. Her refunds were not forthcoming; she suggested we file with our insurance company.
Sandra’s tour are always very interesting, organized, priced right and the guides speak fluent English. It goes against our guidelines to offer incentives for reviews. They were very well organized with excellent guides. In particular, the Santorini excursion allowed us to completely avoid waiting for a cable car to take us down to the dock and our private boat even tendered us back to our ship! Only comment I have (no reflection on the tours) is for those with mobility issues. Both Santorini and Acropolis/Parthenon require walking up significantly STEEP inclines and stairs.
